You'll Find Strength And Courage In Your Workouts.

You’ll Find Strength And Courage In Your Workouts.

Working out is the most amazing thing, but for many people, it’s associated with really negative things. A lot of people associate things and words like weight loss, dieting, boredom, a chore, a ‘should’, calorie counting, and deprivation with exercise, but it doesn’t have to be associated with any of these things at all.

In fact, you’ll only really have true success with exercising consistently, if you stop associating with all those things and learn a new way of living with exercise… and enjoying it!

Exercising is amazing. Done first thing in the morning it gives you a mental strength and courage like nothing else. It helps you face the day and find the strength to tackle anything. It helps you make good decisions, and face uncomfortable conversations.

The easiest way to stay consistent is to do your workout as soon as you can in the day, so you’re not trying to put it off all day. And you know what the added bonus of doing it in the morning is? You’ll get to bed earlier, which will help with the night time snacking.. you’ll be too exhausted! 🙂

Specifically interval training, mixed with strength training and core work is the type of training I have been obsessed with since I started out In Leisureland all those years ago. (Such great memories of that time). Not only will you get terrific results, but you’ll get the biggest hit of dopamine and serotonin (happy hormones), and regular exercise actually helps regulate your serotonin levels, improving your mood longer term.

Can you imagine all the stuff you could face in your life if you did a tough 30 minute session before the day had started and you started the day post session, feeling amazing?

What if you could banish the low level anxiety you’re carrying around, or the low mood you have? Or the fear that you’re letting control your life? You can banish all that for good with the type of  training I do with my clients.

You’ll change your life. Imagine that? 30 minutes, 5 days per week, could actually change your life. Yet people say they can’t find the time.

When you commit, when you treat exercise like medicine, when you don’t over-think it, when you just show up for yourself, you’ll find the most amazing feelings and positivity within yourself, just waiting to shine through.

I hope this helps, all it takes is 30 minutes, 5 days per week. Go and dust off your trainers and get a workout in,
