What’s The One Biggest Thing You Could Tackle Right Now To #FEELGOOD?

Most women I know feel the same. You want to feel good, fit great in your clothes, and feel fit and healthy. When all these boxes are ticked, you feel great. You feel in control, ready to tackle whatever life throws at you, and you’re confident.

For many of us, when we don’t have all those boxes ticked, it holds us back. When you clothes are tighter, isn’t it such a pain? It’s hard not to let it occupy your thoughts, it can seep into everything. From what to wear, what to eat, it’s like a constant nag, that you want resolved quickly.  When you’re not feeling good, it’s harder to concentrate on what’s important. Small things can bother you, and it gets in the way of your day.

They say that change comes about when you’ve hit rock bottom. When you can’t take it anymore. When you’re sick and tired of eating too much, drinking too much, and not getting results. You’re doing the same thing over and over again, and complaining to yourself about your lack of progress.

Progress and fulfilment are two of the most important things for us to experience regularly as humans. They’re basic human needs, and so important to our happiness.

So where are you at now? Do you know what it takes for you to get out of where you’re at now, and to get where you need to be?

Are you sick and tired now? Are you ready to break the cycle?

When you’re at that point, it’s great, you’ve had a breakthrough. You’re ready to start. You’re ready to make changes. And the great news?

Small changes, over time, produce huge results.  You can start to feel really good, quite quickly. What’s your biggest vice right now? Is it alcohol? Is it late night snacking? Is it not working out?

What’s the one biggest thing you could tackle right now?

Do you know what it is? Right, THAT. Go and do it. And nothing else. Don’t get tempted to do more than one big thing at a time.

Spend one month on that one thing, that you know will change your life. And then? Tackle the second thing.

So it might be… I eat sugar every day, and I comfort eat every night. Spend 30 days, tackling that problem. Get to the root of why you may be comfort eating, and start to unravel yourself from this crutch. Next? Working out. Next? Tackling your diet. Next? Tackling how you spend your time, who you hang around with, how kind you are to yourself. When you do this, you’ll see so many changes, and so much progress, it’ll keep you going. You’ll just love it!

I wish you the very best and I hope this helps you, comment below I’d love to hear from you, Jessica X
