Apple Crumble

Apple Crumble

Apple Crumble is may favourite dessert. Although I love a good treat night, and amn’t worried about eating shop bought desserts, it’s nice to eat something that’s made from scratch that won’t give you that massive sugar rush, when you really don’t want it but want something sweet.

I really feel some people aren’t suited to the highs and lows that sugar brings and I’m one of them! I feel so bad after, now that’s really not to say I don’t undulge, but I love that this crumble is much more natural than most. It tastes really good and is so lovely with a cup of tea and a little cream. I hope you enjoy it let me know how you get on,
