I’ve been training Galway women for 10 years now and you know what I see as the one of the biggest frustrations, if you’re trying to lose weight? WEIGHING YOURSELF.
Never have I come cross anything more de-moralising when it comes to weight loss!
Heres what’s going to happen when you stop weighing yourself:
You will not judge yourself by your weight. And you may just view yourself in a positive light. You won’t use your weight as a stick to beat yourself with. You will be free.
When you see that you’ve lost weight on the scales, it can cause you to skip a workout and eat bad food. Equally, when you see you’re up a few pounds, your mood changes, and you may go into deprivation mood. EUGH. Get off that rollercoaster.
How well are you sleeping? Did you do great in that session? How good are you feeling? Aren’t your clothes feeling great!
You’ll view your body in . positive light. A healthy, beautiful, capable body
