10 Easy Steps To Lose Weight:

  1. Cut out dairy products.
  2. Cut out carbs for dinner, eating them only with lunch and breakfast
  3. Avoid sugar, eating it only on treat night, once a week.
  4. Eat porridge every day for breakfast.
  5. Cut out fizzy drinks, junk food and take-away.
  6. Allow yourself only one treat night per week.
  7. Avoid eating after 8pm.
  8. Never go longer than 3 hours without eating.
  9. When snacking, eat only protein based foods, such as turkey, ham, chicken and nuts.
  10. If you drink tea or coffee, drink it black with no added sugar/sweetener.
