Not setting goals is a mistake many people make, and the reason why so many of us hit our 40’s and 50’s and start to feel dissatisfied with how our lives are mapping out. The good news is, it is never to late to improve and change things around.
I personally have quarterly goals, one, three and five years goals, and I look at them on my vision board and in my notepad every single day. Let me give you an example of how powerful this exercise is.
I’ve been in business eight years, the first six years, it was just myself, working back to back personal training sessions, in a room I rented out in Leisureland, and then Barna.
The last two years we have grown to a team of seven, because in 2014, I began to set goals.

So to keep it simple, I am going to list 10 habits you can implement RIGHT AWAY to improve your life.
I challenge each and every one of you, to do one, two three, or all of these habits for 30 days and tell me how much your life has transformed.
